I should have known better after seeing the ghetto area that they are in, but read some reviews that I thought were favorable (their obviously written by the owners). Let's just say that the communication was very poor, and upon picking up my girl, she seemed very anxious. I'll be using an in-home pet sitter from here on out, as there are many in the area who are trustworthy, and know how to do a good job.
