We went to Dr. Weiser for 20 years for our border collies Sapphire and Shannon. Sapphire lived 6 yrs Shannon 14 1/2 yrs.We had to put Shannon down 12/18/08. Not once in all the years we went had we ever had a bad experience. The staff , especially the receptionist were all friendly , compassionate,and efficient. We lived in Brookfield for 14 yrs. Now in Naperville we used to drive back and forth and never minded when I got to Merrick felt like seeing friends. Still have yet find a vet as good as Dr Weiser. Would love to come back however now have 2 border collies 1 who does not like the car. To all of you how complain about receptionist she does run that office very smoothly, does care was Dr Weiser right arm. Sylvia does listen however she is also working doing her job. Trying to get everyone needs met human and animal. Dr Weiser retirement change for her as well. I miss everyone over there . Say to all of you be patient ,friendly, and relax . You lucky you have such a great staff
