Review content:
I went in to see the dentist at bedlam smiles and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I called ahead of time and requested an appointment by asking them if they could pull a tooth that was causing me an ungodly amount of discomfort. I was a little put off by how rude the office personnel were but they assured me that if I could bear the pain for 3 more hours they had an appointment they could get me in to pull the tooth. When I arrived they did their x-rays and placed me in a room to wait I was then told by the dentist that he could tell by x-rays I most definitely was in pain but he didn't have time to pull the tooth today or he would be late for lunch so I would have to return later in the day or on Thursday (2days later ) I went up front to set up to come in later to pull it and the lady up front said I could come in Thursday I explained to her that I couldn't eat or sleep and had children to tend and asked if there was any possible way to squeeze me in later in the day instead of waiting 2 day she rolled her eyes and said um no we all would like to make lunch on time have a great day and wouldn't help me any further when I asked if they would let me know if someone canceled she said they wont, see u Thursday. Needles to say I found someone else to pull the tooth and will not return to bedlam smiles ever again. Service is not friendly and they are not very compationate people.
