I would not even give her a star...service is that horrible! I have suffered from acne for quite awhile. My mother advised me to see her since she is specialized in Asian skin. I was really desperate and there was no other choice for me and I did not want to take medication to control my acne. There was a consultation with her to exam your skin and then she will recommend what regimen you should take from her product line. My acne was moderate not severe but she told me that laser was the best thing for my acne. The reason why she recommended it was because I was young (18 yes old) and my skin will regenerate itself. I was hesitate about using laser on my skin so I opt out and just did the regular monthly facial and bought her skin care regimen. I paid a total of $150 and honestly it did not work. Make me breakout even more. The monthly facials were just horrible. The extractions left even more acne scars on the sides of my face. My mom paid for my monthly facials. The only payment option was withdrawing it from your bank account. My mom would get charged twice from her bank monthly and my facials are only once a month. I called for her and they said they would refunded it but they never did. I stopped going this and did my own research of improving my skin. Now I am in my second year of medical school and looking back on this...it was the most horrible decision I ever did to damage my face. Laser would be the last option I would advised to anyone. She has a clinic in Houston, Texas and that was the place I went to and I would not recommend to anyone. It's a waste of time and money.
