Businiess name:  Amarillo Urgent Care

Go anywhere else! I'd only go here if I didn't have insurance, because this place is cheap as far as urgent care goes ($60 + 75% of tests/procedures for private pay), though clearly you get what you pay for.\r \r I went in on January 1st, and they said I hadn't met my deductible yet (not surprising as it was the first day of the new year). Because of this, I'd need to pay $120 (double the expense of private pay/no insurance) plus 75% of tests/procedures. They said this was policy, though couldn't actually show me a copy of this policy when I asked for it. It felt like a scam, especially because they couldn't give me any copy of anything that would guarantee my money back after they filed with my insurance and found I owed much less than $120.\r \r Also, they didn't tell me this until I'd waited for an hour.\r \r So I went to BSA Urgent Care on 45th and Bell and was seen within the hour, after paying my usual copay of $25. Also, BSA Urgent Care had working wifi and heat!
