We had our home painted earlier this month by Arizona Painting and we were less than pleased with the outcome of the job.
The main thing was the mess that your crew left behind; there was a layer of dust all over everything. The ceiling fixtures were draped not sealed up to keep dust and paint spray out. Also all of the windows had a film of dust and paint all over them. There was also white power all over our red brick fireplace, which we had to use a stiff bristle brush to get it off.
The job was schedule for a three day time period, Nov 5, 6 & 7th. Well late on day two I was told that they would finished on Saturday Nov 8, I informed them that they to be done no later than 3:00 PM on the 8th as we were going to our granddaughters first birthday.
The living room was to be painted two different colors. When I told your crew they acted as if they did not know it was to be painted two different colors. They did not bring the paint for the lower part of the wall. This was late morning on the fourth day of the job. One of your crew left and went and got the paint for the lower part of the wall.
There were couple areas that your crew missed painting in our kitchen and holes in the drywall that they did not fill before painting.
How I have found the paint peeling off the baseboard in the family room, and this is the room that my wife and I had thought turned out the best.
We were told by you estimator to leave the nails for photos and paintings in the wall if we wanted them to stay where they are and remove the nails and the holes would be filled in prior to painting. Well your crew removed all of the nails in all of the rooms they were painting.
I do not believe that I could refer your company anybody nor would I ever use Arizona Painting again.

Hello, I want to thank you for your honest opinion. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have had at your home. We take reviews very seriously and are going to implement changes in our company to help prevent any issues like this from happening in the future. It appears there was a lack of proper communication and proper masking at your home both of which caused the issues you have had.
