My dog cut his paw in Pennsylvania on a Saturday so we had to bandage him up there. Then we drove him here and waited about an hour because there were other animals who needed attention too. Once we got called, the vet and the vet technition looked him over and gave us a low - high estimate of where the price would fall. We left our dog with them and a few hours later got a call to pick him up. When we got there they had a report printed out of what happened and they had already sent it to our vet's office. I thought that was very professional and it showed how organized they are. \r
I understand why some people are mad that there is an automatic fee of about $110 just for bringing an animal there, but I would gladly pay that to get relatively immediate help for my pet than wait for my vet's office to open on Monday.
