John and Danny came here on Monday afternoon to finish up a job that Jaime could not finish on Saturday, partly because of the weather. These guys found where my sewer line met with the main line. My line had roots growing into it, but the city's line was also plugged with roots. They notified the city and then explained it all to me. Before we were done talking, the city crew was here. They explained to me that they would do their part and that afterwards, I could finally feel secure and finally do my laundry, etc. John and Danny were friendly and professional as was Jaime from Saturday night. All 3 of the Ben Franklin Plumbing guys that I saw over the past few days have been nice, helpful and from what I know, they seem quite capable. I am just glad that it is all fixed for now.
