Review content:
Only about two months ago, we had ABA come out to fix the dryer. The tech was very nice and showed us the parts that needed to be ordered and he even showed us the in-stock inventory in Dallas. We paid half of the amount due up front to get the parts ordered and the tech placed the order on the spot saying they would arrive in the next 2 days. A week later, I was told the parts didn't arrive yet.\r \r A long story made short, after 3 weeks of us calling them we found out they never ordered the parts They were rude and unprofessional and threatened us to get the balance of the estimated amount. When we told them to refund our deposit and we would get another contractor, they said they would keep out deposit to cover the cost of the parts that they never ordered. My husband got very blunt with them and they finally refunded our money. \r \r We ended up calling Patriot Appliance Repair (512-903-0641) and they came out the next day and had the dryer working like new and for less money. I will NEVER call ABA again but I will DEFINITELY rely on Patriot!!!!!
