I returned a La-Z-Boy recliner with a life time guarantee that you had worked on before. It was patched and not completely fixed. \r
Now the 'sad' part. This La-Z-Boy was returned to the store just over a year ago. I tried to call every two months. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was not in so I left my name and phone number but never got the call returned. This is a medium blue Big-Man's rocker recliner. I purchased a new La-Z-Boy when I left this one to be repaired. I will E-mail you my name and phone number.\r
