If I could give this company 0 stars I would. After spending $11,000 on new a/c this year it is already draining water into our walls. They completely forgot to hook up the drains originally & we had a waterfall into our home from the unit. One rep spit his chewing tabacoo into my toilet & left it there (have a pic). Another rep showed up stinking of liquor!! We had them back out over and over to fix issues & finish the job which they never did because they kept saying they ""forgot"" to order the parts. Now, after $11,000 they refuse to service our ALEADY broken unit because of a $250 balance we didn't pay because THEY never brought the parts to finish what were to pay for. They will not make good on their promised 1 year labor warranty!!
