I came in one afternoon and found my child with a blanket swaddled around her face! When I mentioned this to the caregiver, she told me that my child was sleeping so it was okay! That is how babies die and anybody who takes care of infants or children should know that!\r \r We attempted multiple times to relay directions to the regular morning caregivers, but this was never followed or passed on to caregivers later in the day. After many complaints, finally the manager just posted the instructions for our child in 3 different locations in the room. The problem did not improve before that was done even though the manager had supposedly spoken with the caregivers. One of the caregivers, of whom they brag about her 7 years of experience taking care of babies, asked me how to tell if a baby is hungry, did not burp our child until requested (and posted 3 times in the room) and could not follow simple instructions to feed certain bottles that would expire that day (thawed breast milk or formula) even when they were labeled #1, #2, etc. \r \r Everyday there is a toddler girl walking around the infant room (against state regulations), coughing and touching the multiple infants who are laying around on the floor which I'm sure is going to cause many illnesses once virus season rolls around and could result in injuries to either the infant or toddler. \r \r The manager's comments were that they have addressed every concern we have, but in actuality our major complaint is the lack of concern the caregivers have in providing for our child and the complete lack of communication. Luckily we have taken her out of this facility and no longer have to worry about her safety or attempt to communicate with people who have no desire to improve their ability to care for children. Pros: location (close to work) Cons: lack of safety, apathetic managers, uneducated caregivers, lack of communication
