Saturday night I had an emergency- my chinchilla was very ill and I tried calling Linwood. They wouldn't see me because I wasn't a regular client. They, along with many other local hospitals, were not helpful but instead referred me to many other places and seemed unconcerned with my pet's predicament. My chinchilla ended up passing away after several hours trying to find someone who would see him.
