Review content:
Disaster Cleanup Services were supposed to do a final wipedown of the surfaces affected. They said they had done it, but from the places I could see, I could tell that it had not been done. They helped me with the insurance and everything, but there was a lot of uncertainty about what they were going to do. The plan was indecisive, they only did certain things after I asked them about it, and in the end, I was suspicious that they hadn't done everything they said they would. It was kind of a sketchy process.
RESPONSE FROM Disaster Cleanup Services:
This is Gregg Sargent the owner of Disaster Cleanup Services. I took the initial phone call from Mrs. Thompson. She had questions about mold in her home. After discussing her project I recommended that she contact a company that could test the air in her home and give her results from the lab. I recommended a company to her and a few days later she called back and asked us to start the project. So yes there was two companies involved with this project. So I do apologize if there was not clear communication.
Our office manager did a customer call in the middle of the project and these are her notes from the conversation. Mrs Thompson felt that in the beginning, there was to much confusion. Over all: Client said that the job is well managed, crews are efficient, and very good!
At Disaster Cleanup Services our goal is to help each client receive prompt and professional service.
