These people are FAR FROM HONEST!! My first car was towed by them for no reason. I called Jim's and they said they had my car and that I had to have a slip of paper from the person who had it towed. They said they could not tell me who had it towed. They just said I had to bring that piece of paper in and pay the fees. I called around and went around everywhere I could think of... The police station, the sheriff's office, and the apartment complex office. They all said that they did not have it towed. By the time I found all of that out, less than a week later, I called Jim's back (mind you I had called everyday up until then, as well) and they told me to just forget the paper. Bring the title and $675 to get it out! (It went up daily) By that time, there was NO WAY I had that money. I had only paid $700 for the car! Their track record of this sort of thing is said ,by many people I know, to be Less Than Honest. Sure if you need a midnight tow, they'll be there within a couple of hour
