I had moved several times on my own (with help from family), and on the final move, my dad insisted I get a mover. I hired this company, and was largely disappointed. The company rep came out for a consultation before contracting them to offer me an estimate, and I had a swing set to move. They knew this, but came with NO tools to take the swing set apart. The movers said that they didn't know there was a swing set. They took it apart w/ one wrench that I still hadn't packed, and it took forever. Since I had to pay by the hour, that wasn't appreciated. Then, some of the drawer pulls for my dressers were missing, and they insisted that they would be taped in a drawer -- they were not. One was recovered from the moving truck later, but I did not get them all.Large price, not a great experience, and certainly not nice when I called with problems.
