Review content:
When picking up our car at Kona Airport it was dirty, bird poop all over it, outside mirrors spotted to make it difficult to see, and a film over the inside windows. I asked the attendant if they could wash it; she seemed disinterested and said, ""if you want to wait a half our or so."" We didn't... Upon returning the car 12 days later the young lady asked how our experience was. I told her what had happened and that I had never received that poor service anywhere. She was very apologetic ad adjusted our charges by removing several dats from our bill. THIS WAS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, which the original attendant did not seem to have a heart for. Way to go Alamo for instilling customer service ethics in most of your employees!
