Dishwasher stopped draining. I tried to fix it and of course you know what happened then - a worse mess. Called Doc's Appliance Svc. and scheduled appt. Because our clothes washer was experiencing terrible vibration when in spin mode I asked if that could be checked as well. I was advised of cost (up front) to come out. Serviceperson (E.J.) came during time slot promised. He was absolutely fantastic. He checked dishwasher and did not make me feel bad for trying to fix it myself - though I was embarrassed as I simply caused more work. He analyzed problem and fixed it immediately. Then on to clothes washer. I explained problem. He checked and immediately fixed that problem too. Cleaned up after himself and actually left appliances in cleaner condition, which I appreciated. E.J. was friendly, courteous, respectful, professional, and explained all that he was doing every step of the way. No gimmicks. No surprises. Just did the work and did it well. Would I recommend Doc's Appliance Service to others - Absolutely. Would I recommend you try and fix the problem(s) yourself - No. Leave it to the professionals. Thanks Doc's. Thank you E.J.
