was quoted price w/out tax. recall car for mainteance even tho i informed the agent it was saying ""oil check"" spent 4 hrs. by time i'm back hm. only to find out i have a really dirty car (it was dark) i go in and reserve a clean car for the nx. day & no car but i can wait while they clean it. On return i stop to check car in but they can't give me a ride hm. front this location and send me across city to same. the agent said he would honor his price quote & this didn't happen they actually charged me for a late hr. plus the gas i used following their directions. I called appropriate people was informed the area repre. would contact me 4 days later i'm waiting It doesn't look like they need my buis. in phx.
