Review content:
Steve is a very "customer service-oriented" person. He is also very methodical in his approach to his service. In my presence, he sized up my existing furnace and its configuration in preparation for the new furnace installation. He kept me informed of the progress and was very good at going through the procedures for our monitoring of the operation of the thermostat, the humidifier and the furnace. In addition, he showed me where all the literature was stored relating to those equipment items. In summary, Steve worked efficiently, professionally and very unobtrusively. I would invite him back into my home anytime to service my home equipment. I would trust him implicitly with any service responsibility in my home. Bob Rau
