We have always had excellent service at Doc's. One winter our elderly furnace boiler went out and instead of coming out & charging for a visit, they told my husband what to do over the phone to see what exactly the problem was and had the correct part waiting for him when he got to the store. \r

They've always had the parts we need for whatever problem that comes up, from the washer to the stove to the furnace.\r

The employees are all very nice.
