My dissapointment in the PETCO company is beyond words and I find the actions of the Clybourn store operators to be abhorent.\r

My mother who has been a loyal & very good customer, was dropping off her recent PAWS foster at the Clybourn Center. Due to a lack of parking on the street she parked at PETCO and also intended on doing a little shopping there once she returned the foster dog for the PAWS annual fur ball event. However, after being in PAWS for less than 15 minutes she came out to discover that PETCO had her towed while she was at PAWS. I am almost speechless with absolute disgust that PETCO's concern for animals extends only as far as their own greed that they would have a customer towed when they were dropping off a foster to PAWS, especially considering their lot was mostly empty and my mom had intended to shop at PAWS once she no longer had the foster dog in her care . Needless to say my mom decided not to do her shopping at PETCO after discovering her car was missing and
