This has been the WORST rental experience I have ever had.DO NOT use this company or Enterprise at the OKC airport. They are affiliated. The Enterprise representative named Brittany looked and ACTED like some tossed away punk rocker complete with facial piercing and rude beyond belief,on the phone and in person. When I requested a manager's name she smartly replied, ""which one?"". She later made the statement that ""I was still talking."" As if to say she didn't care what I had to say. I submitted complaints to both companies on their websites and only received an automated reply that my complaint was receieved. I attempted to contact the locations by phone and was always put on eternal hold. I had to change my own blown out tire because their roadside assistance is a part of rental insurance packages. Otherwise you pay out of pocket for assistance. Which is why I initially called them as I was stranded in the middle of nowhere but got a sassy mouthed, rude representative on the phone. To top things off once I changed the tire, the spare donut was FLAT!!! To this date I have not received a single word from anyone from this company regarding an apology.
