Renee has always given me world class service. I have been a client of hers for over 16 years. I believe that she is one of the true insurance professionals left in the world. Over the years, I have had several claims and she was always the first one to stand up and make sure that I was getting the best care. She even saved me from financial ruin in my early 20's. I was just married and had a child on the way. Renee was able to show the benefit of renters insurance verses the cost. Three months later, we had an apartment fire and lost everything. She had an adjuster there the next day and had us replacing items the next afternoon. She is amazing!
