Businiess name:  Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Review content:
Had a confirmed reservation for 4 p.m. pickup. When I arrived at 4 sharp, all cars were rented. An extremely rude employee named Betty kept trying to say it was my fault. Although I had spoken with her twice this morning, and had a confirmation number, she said it was my fault that I didn't have a car. Due to her reasoning she tried to call me at 2:30 to make sure I wanted the car and I didn't answer. I don't show any missed calls this afternoon, so she's lying I guess.\r \r I had billing arrangement set up, a pickup time, and a confirmation number from our two conversations this morning. Even if she had tried to call me, I had a guaranteed reservation. Enterprise left me stranded three hours away from home, and they don't care at all.\r \r Other reviews I found seem to indicate that overbooking is a common practice with the Wichita falls location.\r \r Learn from my experience: Don't EVER do business with this Enterprise location.
