Review content:
Designer came to my home and we had a vision of how the shutters would look. Then the man who measured the windows said they wouldn't work that way, so he changed our vision. When the shutters arrived they were so big you had to move furniture to open a window. So they said they'd redo them, but they still charged me for something I never received (which in California is illegal {got a lawyer?}).
After lots of phone calls and hassle, I should be getting my shutters after TWO MONTHS of only half the shutters covering my windows. And since the other half of the shutters are supposed to be delivered this week, we'll see if they can make them plumb & level, otherwise these shutters are not worth their price.
