I really appreciated the way I got an appointment for an oil change with a phone call two days in advance. The owner, Tony, is a man of great character and a person you can trust. When he was in the shop three of us customers who were waiting for our vehicles struck up a conversation. For various reasons each one gave him and his shop the highest praise and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. He is as honest as the day is long. He is like an old country doctor for your car. He takes time to listen to you, he explains what he is recommending and he wants to be sure you understand. His advice often is of no benefit to him (don't spends any more money on this car, take it to a dealer it is under warranty, etc.) Masello's is a place you can count on to be fair, and get a straight answer.
