I have to give it two stars because for actual banking type transactions it is not good. I joined then my access card was lost, and a new one had to be ordered. This took about three weeks with no explanation really. I tried to obtain a mortgage with them and every time I went in I was told one thing and then the underwriters would do something else and I'd be denied. I'd then get direction on how to improve, do the things recommended, then go back and be denied again. Impossible to get the 'right' story. Rates are just okay not spectacular and overall just not really good, and the mortgage side is garbage. I was told by Susan that the underwriters saw hidden messages on my credit score that I couldn't see and no one else could so based on these hidden messages I was denied. So having schizophrenic underwriters isn't the best thing for a credit union. I will say this when I go into a branch the tellers usually know my account or my name and can pull information up without me having to write anything down which is superb. The only reason I stay with them is because my wife wants a local bank to do business with. If not for that I'd drop them like a hot rock. I do not recommend them for people and definitely do not attempt to get a loan with them or the schizophrenic underwriters will see unseen things on your credit report.
