I actually did not have a good experience at first, but how Wilson's Quality Paint & Floor went about fixing it was awesome! I would go to them again.
The bad experience was with the carpet lay out. They damaged the wall and refused to acknowledge that they did it. They also made a couple of comments that my old carpet was really dusty. I was offended by that. I have a really clean house and even if it was dusty, you shouldn't be saying that. I wasn't happy, so I called and told them the situation.
Craig took care of everything and someone came out, fixed everything and it was beautiful. To give good customer service is one thing, but to give it after a problem was awesome. I also got more carpet done on the steps, they did an awesome job there too. I'm planning on putting more carpet in the living and dining room.
