I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter services. On Thursday night at about 11.00 p.m. I realized my sump pump broke down and my basement was flooded. I called the their service number and they have booked someone to come first thing in the morning (they couldn't fix the sump pump as an evening service). Robert, the technician came soon after 9.00 a.m. He was VERY professional, helpful and did a wonderful job. Robert explained the process of getting a new pump installed (after he checked electrical connections etc to make sure it was just the sump pump problem), explained all the pricing so there were no nasty surprises at the end. He went over and above his duty in checking all water outlets to make sure there were no leaks or other problems. I chose to take advantage of the discount and have a sewer line cleaned up as well. Robert did an outstanding job that included changing the rotating knives so all the roots were thoroughly cut out. I couldn't have asked for a better service or a better technician! I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
