The management was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never book a party at La Bella’s again. \r

I made a reservation for 3 tables at 2:00 pm in the new game center side of La Bella’s for Saturday November 22, 2014 for my daughters end of season soccer party. I arrived a little early at approx. 1:30 in which I was told my reservation was not until 2:30 however 2 tables were available and I was able to prep the cake table and setup our trophies. I asked the manager (James) when the third table would be ready as there was a party occupying the table and he said it would be available by 2:30. I was not exactly pleased with my party having to wait 30 minutes for our table but let it go as our entire party had not arrived yet. As it got closer to 2:30 I again asked our assigned waitress as to when the party was expected to depart in which she said they only had the tables until 2:30 and ensured me my reservation was for 3 tables. \r

Once the party left and the table was cleaned and set my party occupied the table. About 15 minutes later the Manager James came and informed me that I did not make reservations for 3 tables but 2 and we needed to move. I argued that I in fact made reservations for 3 tables and knew for a fact that we were expecting 35-40 people (each table seated only 15) and needed at least 3 tables. He said we HAD to move. He was very unapologetic and when I said I would give a bad review for this online he shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes and said he didn’t care (great for business!). He then made our party move from the table. We had to eat in shifts so everyone had a chance to sit down to enjoy their food. \r

The party that was seated at our third reserved table also complained to the same Manager (James) because they had made a reservation for more people than the 15 seat table could seat in which James responded “can’t the parents go sit somewhere else.” REALLY! They informed us that they made reservations for room in the back of the restaurant which another party was in. They kicked us out of our reserved table because they made a mistake! \r

We were offered no apologies by management whatsoever for the inconvenience. I apologized to the waitress and let her know I knew it was not her fault when she responded “Don’t worry this happens every Saturday.” Well at least they are consistent! I am team mom for my daughters team and will never bring our team parties to this establishment nor will I ever recommend this establishment to any other teams.
