I purchased my home 5 years ago and reinstated the warranty on the existing basement system they had installed for a previous owner several years previously with no problem. They installed an egress window for me and made sure there was a drain that connected into my system. They did an excellent job and have provided wonderful customer service. They are also prompt to come out if I have any concerns with my sump pump. My lot is clay and a high water table so I was concerned if my basement would stay dry but thanks to Everdry of Grand Rapids, even with seasons of very heavy rain, it has remained dry! Thanks for the excellent and professional service you provide!
