If you want to throw away your money, have defective hardwood floors, and be disrespected in your own home then you chose the right place. My hardwood floor was installed in march and by june there were cracks and chipping all over the floor they installed. It's november now and after so many phone calls, a big man came to my house with no intention whatsoever to helps up with the problem we were having on the floors. He instead disrespected us and intimidated us in our own home. He didn't provide us with solutions but instead made excuses and accused our dogs of causing the wood problems. This man (J.O.) thinks that he can come to my home and intimidate me because he is a BIG WHITE MAN and I'm a small asian woman. Talk about violation of my space, that's what he did. He was in my face talking in his loud voice. Problem was not solved. I wasted my money and time on this small company and this bully that came to my home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMALL COMPANY.
