I called the day my window broke. Said someone would call that afternoon. Nobody did. I called the next day,The operator could not give me a ballpark estimate on the phone. Really? you work for a glass company taking phone calls all day about replacing glass and you can't even give me a ballpark? Man comes out to measure and give quote, told me it would take 5-7 days to order glass for a bedroom window. Then once the piece is in, they will call to make an install date. Meanwhile my bedroom is freezing. They come to your home to give a high estimate thinking once they're in your house you will agree. No thanks I shopped somewhere else for half the price.
