Review content:
My car was broken into, they even busted my windshield. I called around to several companies to get prices. When I called Glass Doctor, their prices seemed higher than the other companies. When I asked why they were higher they explained that they use original equipment glass, and also told me about their warranty. None of the other companies mentioned anything about original equipment or a warranty. I told the customer service girl that I would need to think about and call back. I again called the other companies and was not impressed. One in particular said that since my car was so old (1988) that they would not come out to me, I would have to go them and sit in their office for 2 hours (did I mention that my windshield was busted?). Not impressed at all, I called Glass Doctor back and scheduled my appointment. They came out and took care of my car. The rep I spoke to was great, and would use them again!
