Skip and Kelton came out Nov. 11, 2014 to install a 40 gal water heater and humidifier . They arrived early, identified themselves and wasted no time getting started. The installation went smoothly: both men seemed to be well versed in what needed to be done. Everything was completed in several hours. Before leaving Skip went over the correct operation of both units and answered all my questions. They did a great job in cleaning up after themselves and left with the old water heater and humidifier.
As usual Action Air sent staff to my home who were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I trust the work completed by their technicians and will continue to rely upon Action Air for my heating, cooling and related needs.
