Review content:
Service is usually very good...but I went in there on a Saturday to have them service an smart start interlock device which takes approximately 1 minute to do and they said they were too booked up to look at it. Well I would understand but their parking lot was empty and their garage was empty except for one slot and there were three guys just standing around. I asked them again telling them that I drove a long way and they just said sorry. They don't take appointments on Saturdays, yet last month they told me to come in that day. Even had that date scheduled on the interlock. I wouldn't use them again but it's the only place that services them. Terrible customer service. Literally the service takes one maybe two minutes tops and they were far from busy!!!
