Businiess name:  Bill's Fence Co
Review by:  Damian D.
Review content:
I never would have guessed that 100 feet of metal fencing could ever have gone bad. Pretty simple job for a "professional" installer, right? We were told the two-day job would be complete at the beginning of September. I had to call them to figure out when they would come, the third time they showed up (the 4th week in September) when they said they would. The gates were a different brand of fence, the fence wasn't what we ordered, the gate hardware wasn't the hardware in the brochure, missing bolts and screws, piles of rocks and dirt throughout, I could keep going... "Management" came out agreed to fix a list of items and told me that I wouldn't be billed until I was satisfied with the work. Led to believe the job would be prioritized I agreed -- three weeks later they "completed" work. The list was never finished and I was never asked if I was satisfied but that didn't stop them from sending me a bill. Throughout my painful experience I ran across numerous people with similar recent experiences. Sad; from what I understand Bill's used to do great work with great service -- not anymore. I wish I would have done it myself, it would look better and would have been done on time. I definitely didn't save myself time, money, or hassle.
