I went to Berts because my Jeeps check gauges light kept coming on and the charge gauge was getting worse. They ran a diagnostic on the battery and the alternator and the tests were inconclusive. So they got my battery warranted and replaced FOR FREE!!!! They could have easily just sold me another one I wouldn't have been the wiser. I just wish that every business that I go to was this honest. It's nice to know that there are honest men out there that aren't interested in only squeezing every cent they can out of people. I have been going to Bert's for over 10 years now and NEVER ONCE been disappointed. I have even dropped off a car and told them to fix something that ended up not needing to be fixed at that time, and guess what??, they told me about it and then didn't even charge me for looking into it. I am a customer for life!!! Anyone who says anything negative about these guys has probably never had a good day their entire lives. You will never regret going here, it will restore your faith in people. Thank you Bert, Joe and Nick for the OUTSTANDING service you provide.
