I am a single mother of four children, I am working double shifts to make ends meet, (and doing a decent job at it) In September I informed Johnny Prescott (who we have been in business with for over 15 years!) that I was recently divorced and would be needing a delivery but had also met with Community Resources and was told that I would be approved for fuel assistance.I believe telling them this information was the beginning to the end. They came Sept 19th and filled my tank (costing close to $600). AS SOON as I received the bill I called Johnny Prescott and asked who at Community Resources do I contact so they pay you right away. I was told that they NEVER pay out for deliveries made before Oct. 1st. This was also confirmed by Comm. Res. I asked for a payment method, and had it all paid off in 2 months! From that time on whenever a delivery was made I needed to have the money paid upon delivery. When I asked them why this was the case, they said it was because my credit card was not
