I recently moved and had Midco install a line for my internet but it was the worst job ever. The technician drilled into my electrical box more than once even after I told him to stop. He had to call in two others to help and was there for 5 hrs just to install one cable. When I called Al Benjamin the install manager he told me he was busy with other stuff and other work. So I had to call around to get my electrical box fixed and also the drywall that had to be cut by electrician to get to 7 damaged wires. I have been treated horribly by the corporate office all the way down to local center. I wish there was another internet cable provider in town. HORRIBLE experience.
