This was our first experience with Consumer Electric, and without a doubt, I would rate the service with a 5. I called them on a Friday and spoke to Beth. Initially, she said they wouldn't have an estimator available until Monday, but someone became available so she called me right back to set up an appointment. She took care of the scheduling and sending out the estimator. They came out that same day, and by Monday all the work was done! They were very prompt.
They replaced some old dingy recessed lighting in our kitchen with some nice LED can lighting. It's brightened up the kitchen, and we can see what we're cooking now! It's more eye pleasing and looks up to date.
They also did a job in my front room living area. I have an 80-inch TV that I wanted to put up, and I wanted the electrical outlet moved from the bottom of the floor to the middle of the wall where I was hanging it. That way the cords would be invisible. They offered to hang the TV for us, and it looks absolutely awesome. They were very knowledgeable. They knew exactly how to do it and helped us decide how to hang it.
Our installer was Roger, and he was just awesome. I've already talked to him about another project I want to get done, and as soon as we can afford it, I'll be calling him back!
