Review content:
The main purpose of the call was to install a new ceiling fixture in my kitchen, but I save up stuff for professionals. While Kevin (?) got right to work on the fixture, Jose addressed my other questions and concerns directly and professionally. They were punctual, personable and respectful of my time. They cleaned up,& took away all the trash & recycling. Cost seemed reasonable & was discussed (and immediately emailed) upfront. Dottie in the office was also very helpful with scheduling, and I really appreciated the pre-visit email with a photo of Jose. Gen 3 was referred to me by a friend, and (as long as the fixture keeps working!), I am very pleased with their service.
