HORRIBLE, I would suggest that if your in Willowbrook at this location go elsewhere!!!, Tonight I went into this location at 4:30 wanting to order an Ice Coffee, It was advertised in their store for 0.99$ between 3-6 told the cashier I wanted the ice coffee, Tyler was at the register, he gave me my drink and went to charge me $3 plus, I told Tyler why are you charging me $3 when your sign says 0.99$ before 6PM, he said that was an old sign and their was a new promotion, I told him, well its advertised at .99$, Tyler told me their was no way for him to change it in the register, I proceeded with my complaint, The shift Manager Ginelle (are you ready for this) says Jesus Christ, he already told you their was nothing he could do. ' I was shocked a manager instead of working with me had the audacity to say " Jesus Christ" to me, and was rude, I was really your going to say that to me. a police officer was behind me and even said that was rude. I refused the coffee and both me and the officer walked out. GO SOMEWHERE WITH GOOD SERVICE, because both Tyler and Ginelle obviously dont know how to treat people and have very poor customer service skills
