I was looking online for an auto repair place that would fix a broken window motor. Came across Mortons, and I asked for a quote via email. I got my quote and then made an appointment. Dropped my car off on Wednesday. They couldn't get around to completing the task that day (hence the loss of a star) but luckily I could go w/o my car over night. They called me early Thursday and told me it was ready. So now my window works again, which was obviously what I wanted. The people were friendly there as well, which is always a plus.
