This company is horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. I was told a service tech would come to my house between 9a-1p. The first appointment was missed because my bell did not work. I rescheduled and was given a second appt. I received a voice mail at 9:53am to call the company back by 9:10 ( which was impossible) or the tech would not be sent. I called back 20 times only to get a voice mail. When I finally got through to someone, I attempted to explain the voice mail message that was left and let he know that I called back only to get their voice mail, she interrupted me and started shouting at me that she was not going to send anyone out and I should have answered he 9:53 phone call. She cancelled my appointment and told me to call another company, then she hung up on me. Under no circumstances should any one be treated with such a nasty attitude. She was very unprofessional. I reported this company to BBB and am now warning anyone who is thinking about using this company to be careful. There is no room for missed appointments. If you miss the first appointment don't call to reschedule because they are not friendly or business like the second time around.
