Review content:
I used American Choice Van Lines to move from NJ to IL in Jul of this year. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I spoke with Vlad and Crystal in the sales office and Peter was my foreman for the pickup and delivery. Their price stuck and the service I required was the service I received. There was no price escalation right till the end and all went just as we had agreed in the very beginning. They packed everything for me including boxes and did a great job. I had actually to do nothing but just sit and see that all was going fine and to speak the truth it just was great. I received an email from their customer care department BEFORE the move letting me know all their contact information should something go wrong. The customer care department was constantly in touch with me till the move finished and they kept furnishing me with information and updated on my delivery. I only needed it to call and thank them and let them know everything went well, so I decided to post this review. This is like a token of appreciation which I promised the company and I am just doing the same. We are going to move my mother and father up to IL next fall and I will be using American Choice Van Lines and I am certain the move will be the same and my old lady will have no complains. Thank you again!
