Review content:
We have had the most horrib experience with Dr. Stan Wallace and his office. His staff receptionists, Heather and Stephanie, are some of the most snotty, arrogant and ignorant staff I have ever encountered. We took both of our dogs in- one for a UTI and the other for a neuter. We spoke to Stephanie at the beginning regarding fees. We explained that if all charges were going to be over $700 to please call us. "Oh you'll be fine" "It should not be over $700 at all". We felt the same way- at $700 that was extremely high! We went to pick up our dogs at the bill was $1449.74. They had performed all of these services without our authorization. $201.00 xrays, Etc. Our dogs were healthy and happy when we took them in. It was not as if they needed ER care or something. Now, they are refusing to give our animals back until we pay the full bill. We are devastated. Crooks!
PROS: Zilch. Nada. None. Zero.
CONS: They will steal from you and lie.
