Review content:
I've been using Progressive Animal Hospital for seven years and am very satisfied with their service. Everyone on the staff is very responsive and keeps me in the loop every time that I bring my cat in. For example, they'll update me on the bloodwork and just generally check up which I really appreciate. The technician, Ethan, is terrific and the front desk lady, Dina, is very helpful too. Everyone else is equally caring and professional. It's a very homey environment, as opposed to feeling like a sterile hospital, and that really helps when you're a worried cat parent in a waiting room. You can tell that everyone loves the animals and really cares about them. It feels like a family.
