I am a single mom and when my water heater broke on a Friday I was not sure what to do. My neighbor, Aaron Tellier, recommended Dipple. I called, not expecting anything to be done until Monday, and sure enough, they had me scheduled for a Saturday call. And to make it better, Saturday calls were not more expensive than a regular weekday call, unlike many places. When the technician called to say he was on the way he asked me a few questions about my water heater and even offered to run by the store and grab one and have it in the truck just in case I needed an entire replacement. He had an apprentice with him and they worked for several hours fixing what was wrong. A new water heater was not in store for me this time, thank goodness! But, when i have a problem again, I'll call Dipple!
